My 5 year old son has a rash on his cheeks and arms he said his arms itch but thats all. He feels fine, no fever just spots warm what is this? And how should I treat it?
Rash on feet, hands, neck, cheeks and upper back on 2.5 year old. Not preceded with a sore throat of fever. Cheeks are also very red but not warm. Cant see any rash or spots in the mouth. Not itchy. Not very raised but not perfectly flat spots. ?
