Chlamydia: chlamydia is a sexually transmitted bacterial infection. If you performed oral sex on some one with chlamydia you can contract it. Your doctor will need to take a throat swab for culture or treat it presumptive if your partner is confirmed with chlamydia. In the mean time refrain from intercourse to avoid potential spread.
