Need STD exam/tests: Yellow color in vaginal discharge suggests infection, and blood can go along with it especially if you have cervicitis. These are typical symptoms for gonorrhea or chlamydia, assuming you have been sexually active within the last few months. See your doctor, a reproductive health clinic like Planned Parenthood, or your local health department STD clinic ASAP.
