tiny hard lump in vaginal area. kinda between my anus and vagina, but closer to my v. and has movement. doesnt hurt what could it be?

Needs to be seen: It could be a sebaceous cyst (infected hair follicle), but it difficult to know for sure without being seen. I would see a gynecologist if it doesn't resolve soon.
