??: i'm not sure I understand your question. But to get or transmit a sexually transmitted disease there's got to be some contact somewhere. The exception would be the transmission through dirty needles or blood transfusion.

If you're asking whether STDs can be transmitted by nonsexual contact -- through the are, shaking hands, kissing, or other personal contact without skin touching or without sex -- the answer is no.
