??: i'm not sure I understand your question. But to get or transmit a sexually transmitted disease there's got to be some contact somewhere. The exception would be the transmission through dirty needles or blood transfusion.

Unclear question: Sorry, but you'll have to say more, or re-post your question. I don't understand what you are asking. If you're asking whether STDs can be transmitted by nonsexual contact -- through the are, shaking hands, kissing, or other personal contact without skin touching or without sex -- the answer is no.
