Pregnancy?: A stillborn birth may not have the same levels of estrogen produced by the placenta, and consequently, ovulation may occur sooner than with a live birth. Pregnancy is possible with intercourse on the 18th of October, but unlikely. Wait another 12-14 days and obtain a serum (HCG) pregnancy test to be certain.
