Yes: A female can still become pregnant with a Chlamydial infection. But if you desire to become pregnant please wait until your chlamydia infection has been treated. Chronic, untreated Chlamydia can cause fertility problems.

Yes: Certainly. Alot depends on how extensive the infection was and how early it was treated. Scarring from the infection can prevent pregnancy but this is relatively rare.
