No: Breast size is typically genetically determined but will likely change with hormonal fluctuations or oral contraceptive pills (although this is NOT an indication to use them). The appearance of the breasts can be enhanced by increasing the muscle mass behind them (pectoralis muscles) with weight training.

No: Breast growth is based on genes, and estrogen levels during puberty/development. You increase the breast appearance by increasing the size of your pectoral muscles that lie behind the breasts, however. Push ups, isometric exercises, and chest presses with dumbbells work and give other benefits like increased strength. Increasing estrogen in diet may help also. Foods like soy, yams etc.
