The appearance of the breasts can be enhanced by increasing the muscle mass behind them (pectoralis muscles) with weight training.

No: Breast growth is based on genes, and estrogen levels during puberty/development. You increase the breast appearance by increasing the size of your pectoral muscles that lie behind the breasts, however. Push ups, isometric exercises, and chest presses with dumbbells work and give other benefits like increased strength. Increasing estrogen in diet may help also. Foods like soy, yams etc.
