Reading sex stories is bad or good habit please tell me?

It depends: For many, erotica is just part of enjoying a "fantasy" world and for some it can help develop certain elements of a relationship. It doesn't necessarily mean it's intrinsically bad. But if you develop unrealistic expectations or an addiction to this type of material such that it prevents "normal" relationships and/or functioning, that's the point where it's clearly becoming a problem.
