Common: It could take up to 18 months to resume normal menstrual cycles after using Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone). Be patient.

Blood tests: I would see an md and have some tests done such as LH, FSH, thyroid, prolactin and a few tests for possible PCOS like an insulin level.
