I started on depo-provera and took my first shot on april 29th 2023. i started my period on june 1st and i'm still having cramps and red/brown discharge. how long will this potentially last and is there anything that will stop it or potentially help?

Interestingly, sometimes the only way to stop it is to take a very low dose birth control pill for a one month pack. However, with some patients, it will never go away. It varies with everyone.
