Smegma is a cheesy, : whitish collection of shed epithelial cells & oily or waxy secretions where the glans penis & foreskin meet or under the foreskin in uncircumcised babies or in circumcised pudgy babies whose penises are concealed in a suprapubic fat pad. If you wish, gently retract foreskin only as far as it will go comfortably, wipe gently with a soft, moist cloth & return foreskin to its original position.
