C several prior answ: I'm presuming the asker if a female who is asking if her vaginal wall can become too tight, causing pain in the penis during intercourse. If yes, the answer is yes. In fact the vaginal wall, made up mostly of muscle can contract so hard, that it them goes into spasm, clamping down on the inserted penis. You both, attached, have to go the emergency room!
