I am on week 8 of amethia - bled heavily for 3 weeks, stopped for a week and am now spotting, with about 4 migraines a week. is this normal adjusting?

Amethia: No it does not sound like you are adjusting very well at all unless you were already bleeding daily and had migraines more than 4 days a week. I suggest you see your doctor and discuss these effects with him/her.
