Seminoma tumour - testicular cancer, what to do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Orchiectomy: Lesion requires resection by orchiectomy with spermatic cord. Prior to this PET/CAT helpful since this tumor spreads quickly to para aortic nodes and may require chemo or RT depending on node size followed by chemotherapy. Cure rate high for this type of germ cell lesion.
