Folliculitis: Folliculitis is inflammation of hair follicles that can occur anywhere on your body. Acne, for example, is a form of folliculitis on the face. You can easily get folliculitis under your arms or in your pelvic region, but it is usually nothing to worry about. Avoid shaving for a few days and see your physician if the bumps continue to grow or become painful.

Make sure thats it: Other infections can cause bumps around vulva, including folliculitis. Make sure it's not warts or molluscum contagiosum.
