I have been to the doctor and er they gave me miralax (polyethylene glycol) and enemas. for a while i thought i got better, then i went poop and feel like i backtracked.

Constipation: Constipation needs to be prevented rather than treated when it occurs. Adequate water and fiber intake, stool softeners, miralax (polyethylene glycol) and other agents may be required on a daily basis to keep things normal
