Curved penis: A curved penis from birth is a normal variant. Later in life, it can be caused by vascular disease. If the "3-5 seconds" is from stimulation until ejaculation, it is not abnormal. If this is happening with a partner, it may require the use of numbing ointment to delay ejaculation.
