Rest: Ibuprofen will help with pain and inflammation. I suggest a "sexual vacation": no masturbation for 3 days ( sure...you can!)- If related to unprotected sexual intercourse- get examined and tested for STDs. Force fluids ( 8-10 glasses of water daily ).
