Had sex 1/9/2014 think i ovulated same day or maybe 2nd september woke up y.morn & vomited, today g.ten tingly itchy boobs & cramps am i pregnant?

Can't say for sure: You will have to wait until you miss your next period to know for sure. That is the best time to take the test. It is only about a week post possible conception, too early to tell, be patient and healthy. Good luck
