Unrelated: A common way of getting a woman's urine for analysis is having you squat & pea in a collection bowl. When this is done without proper technique, it will often include debris from the vagina. If you have had intercourse recently sperm may show up in the urine as part of that debris. It is not part of the urine and never means anything about pregnancy.
