Unrelated: If the urine was collected properly after good wiping normal urine will have no sperm. If you had intercourse just before urine specimen & did not wipe there could be sperm "contaminating"specimen.Get pregnancy test to find out if you are pregnant.

Unrelated: A common way of getting a woman's urine for analysis is having you squat & pea in a collection bowl. When this is done without proper technique, it will often include debris from the vagina. If you have had intercourse recently sperm may show up in the urine as part of that debris. It is not part of the urine and never means anything about pregnancy.
