Pregnancy Test: Immediately take a pregnancy test to rule this out. If you get pregnant after a tubal ligation, it puts you at risk for a tubal pregnancy. If pregnancy test is negative, be patient and see what happens. A missed period is common in women, and your other symptoms could be due to transient hormonal changes. Do a UPT!
