I get very hungry, my mouth starts to water and i gag then i eat and sometimes puke a little more and i have been having green/soft poop for a month?

Gastric problem: Your symptoms may be consistent with ulcer or reflux. Would get it checked out. Green poop likely unrelated.

Eating and vomiting: such symptoms do occur with people with Bulemia. psychological examination helps. Color of stool is usually not a sign of disease except black tarry stool which suggest GI bleed

Gallbladder?: Hello there, some of your systems are consistent with the possibility of gallbladder disease, Especially the Green bowel movements and nausea with vomiting. I would consider trying a low fat or no fat diet for a bit and see if that makes your symptoms any better.
