Late period: Wait another 5-6 days and check a pregnancy test with first AM urine to get the highest concentration of beta-human chorionic gonadotropin. Stress and weight changes can lead to irregular cycles, but it you continue to have no menstuation, it would be best to see your physician & check prolactin.
