Depends: Were you using a spermicidal jelly or foam in addition to the condom? When you missed a birth control pill was it AFTER your last period? Missing a pill after your period could allow you to ovulate, and then increase the risk of pregnancy with a broken condom. If you're using a spermicide, you're likely fine. Taking Plan B is the safest thing to do if you are certain you don't wish pregnancy.
