Sex: If you only had anal sex, than pregnancy won't result. However, if sperm is deposited in the vagina or the introitus- then pregnancy is possible. Ipill can cause changes in menstrual cycle. If penis was also around the vagina, and not just the anus - then take a home pregnancy test.
