Not TB ?: because other than one of the antibiotics for TB, none of the other antibiotics have been shown to interfere with birth control pills. So, it wouldn't matter. Risk is much higher of failed contraception if you don't use the pills correctly of course. but with using them correctly they work quite well.

Probably safe: This situation is probably safe, but if there are other sexual encounters this cycle use a "backup" method in addition to the pill use.
