Depends: All depends on weather or not the sexual partners have herpes or not. If they don1y have Herpes your risks is zero. If they have Herpes without outbrake risk is lower but still possible.

No Unprotected Sex: You should have a complete STD work up. It is not wise in these times to have unprotected sex EVER unless you are with a committed partner. The risks are not only for herpes, but HIV, pregnancy, gonorrhea, syphillis, chlamydia, HPV and on and on. Get a complete exam and screen and from this day vow to use condom's protection.
