Hi i am having severe pain in lower abdomen left side above penis..could you pls help me what does it refer to?

Could be from muscle strain, constipation, or… more serious issues including intestinal blockage, passing a ureteral stone, prostate inflammation or infection, diverticulitis, appendicitis (yeah, I know it is on right side, not left) tumor (unlikely in a 26 year old), testicular issues, lymph node problems; other.
