Side effect : You are experiencing a common side effect of anti depressants. I would recommend having a conversation with your doctor about trialing another one that may not have that side effect while helping you with your depression. There are a multitude of new antidepressants that have less Sexual side effects and some that brag about having none. This conversation has to be continued with your primary.

See your doctor : It is a common side effect and it affects many people that take it . You are not alone . Depending on what you were prescribed Zoloft (sertraline) for, there are many other options. You should discuss this with your doctor and make a decision that both you and your doctor feel comfortable with regarding your medication .

Decreased libido: Some sexual dysfunction are mild and can be reduced by having sex before taking your medicine. Other symptoms may be significant enough to request change to antidepressants with less potential for sexual dysfunction like welbutrin or add drugs that aid erection like viagra (sildenafil).
