Possible: There could be other explanations but pregnancy is possible. Do a pregnancy test to be sure.

Doubt pregnant BUT: Probably late on menses but most common cause of missed menses in sexually active person is pregnancy. Most fertile time is 2 weeks after first day of cycle so sex at day 2 is unlikely but if menses not regular anything can happen. Do a home pregnancy test but see doc if still ?
