Check pregnancy test: The first day of your menses or cyclic bleeding is considered day 1 of your cycle. You will ovulate on day 14 of a 28 day cycle. So, if you had unprotected sex on day 5 of your cycle, it is unlikely that you are pregnant. However, a pregnancy test is important, since you are late and feel pregnant.
