Pregnant?: This sounds as if pregnancy would be unlikely, but you cannot wipe away all sperm and these little guys can be very persistent. If you miss a period get a home test kit and use a first morning voided urine. You are also not protected against STDs. Be careful, it is dangerous out there.

YES!: There is a reasonable failure rate with condom on. Even though he ejaculated into the condom unless he cleaned the penis off there is still sperm there.
