Sex drive & the pill: Yes, the oral contraceptive or Depo-Provera provera (medroxyprogesterone) can reduce one's sex drive. However, it appears that your sex drive is NOT related to the pill. The most powerful sex organ one possess' is your brain. Ideation is much more powerful then hormones most times. Consider what other issues are ongoing that may be contributing to your lower sex drive.
