IUD: if you are within 7 days of unprotected intercourse, see your GYN for an Intrauterine contraceptive device. Using an effective contracetive to prevent unplanned pregnancies is always a better choice.

Plan b: Plan B is better than nothing and can be obtained right now without a prescription. Speed is probably more important than perfect dosing . For the future be aware that oral contraceptive pills are also less effective in obese women. I recommend talking with your GYN about an IUD or implanon, vs higher dose pill and/ or two methods (add condom).
