Pregnancy: If you are healthy and have sex without optimal protection you are always at risk of becoming pregnant. Why wonder? Do a pregnancy test. They are very sensitive and turn positive extremely early in pregnancy but not reliably until 2-3 weeks after sex. If you have significant pain or cramping you should be seen by MD
