Lots of variables: 1) Are you still constipated? That needs to be addressed first. Talk to your doctor about getting your stools to be a toothpaste-like consistency to reduce stretching at the anus. 2) What treatments are you using now? Talk with Dr. about creams, ointments, and sitting in a hot bath tub. 3) How have you been evaluated? Had a look up inside? 4) Sometimes surgery in 5% of people. Good Luck!
