Should: It should go away. Sometimes takes longer because the lymph node is reacting to the infection. If it does not resolved in a month you need to be recheck.

Unsure: Chlamydia is very easy to treat and cure so whatever symptoms are due to that disease should resolve with treatment. Chlamydia usually infects the cervix, uterus, and tubes - so a bump that you can see and feel may not be due to chlamydia and may not resolve with treatment for Chlamydia. If the bump is an enlarged lymph node due to infection it should resolve with treatment.
