See your Gyn : This it not normal to pass such clots. You need to make an appointment with your gynecologist for blood testing, exam, and a possible ultrasound.

A serious situation: Without an actual examination, I cannot give specific medical advice on your particular health, but loss of significant amounts of blood is an emergency requiring immediate medical attention. Furthermore, clots are not normally present in menstrual blood.
