Ring-like bump: This needs to be evaluated by your doctor. Different causes have to be ruled in or out which depends on what the penis was exposed to before this bump appeared. Sure, STI or STD will be part of the evaluation by your doctor. Avoid any sexual contact right now until your doctor says you are clear from any STIs or the bump resolves.
