Mirena (levonorgestrel) : How long ago your Mirena (levonorgestrel) was placed? 3-6 months after placement you could have irregular period and light bleeding or spotting.

Hard to say,..but: urine pregnancy tests are cheap...and, may have been a little rough or your partner too big for you, or not enough lubrication.
