It's possible: If you are having unprotected intercourse, it's certainly possible you could have an STD. You're symptoms may be from local irritation that occurs with intercourse or from an early yeast infection, but without a proper exam and testing, STDs can't be ruled out.

Infection: Considering the symptoms you describe, you could have a yeast infection or bacterial vaginitis, or STD such as chlamydia or gonorrhea. The only way to know for sure is to have it examined by a physician, as it would need to be treated with an anti fungal or antibiotic. Make an appointment with your primary doctor or gynecologist ASAP. Please abstain from sexual activity until then. Best wishes.
