Fighting sperm? : It is always about "fighting"/competing sperm. Precum and ejaculate both contain millions of sperm. Millions! Whichever sperm reaches and penetrates the egg first, wins.

I put my money on: ejaculate. Most older studies have shown low levels of sperm or no sperm in pre-ejaculate with sperm not being motile (however, don't know how promptly samples were examined).
