A member asked:

Do i need to retract my sons foreskin and apply mupirocin? or do i place it on the outside?

Why??: Why are you putting an antibacterial cream on? If there is some sort of infection that is being treated, you will need to retract the foreskin - putting it on the outside will not do any good. If there is no infection, there is no reason for an antibiotic - you're just going to make him prone to a yeast rash. Good, careful cleaning is probably more important than any cream anyway...
