Depends....: There are so many other variables here. Where are you in your cycle? Is your cycle regular or do you have any problems that may lead to anovulation? Did you continue intercourse after the slippage of the condom? The questions go on and on. There is definitely risk, whether it is "high risk" depends on your definition of "high risk" and all these other factors... Might need to consider Plan B...
