Yes they do...: and they frequently cause infections together. That is why doctors usually treat for both if they are suspicious that you may have either. The 2 infections require different treatments so getting cultured, taking the treatments properly and following up with your doctor is important. Avoiding activities that put you at risk for these would be wise as well.
