No: Herpes is generally a sexually transmitted disease. You would need have swallowed a decent amount of saliva to contract it from someone. Kissing is another way to spread this.

Very unlikely: I've not heard of a case of such transmission. If the skin is intact it's very unlikely. If the skin is damaged, then, hypothetically yes, but again, the probability is extremely low.
