A 34-year-old male asked:

At least once a day i have what appears to be semen in my urine. i have previously been diagnosed with sibo. could it be related?

Not related: Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth (presume UR referring to this) is confined to the bowel. Worth having a urinalysis to rule out an otherwise non-symptomatic urinary tract infection. But, you are likely referring to harmless urinary sediment.
