Not likely: It is unlikely that warts on your hand will spread to your genitals.

HPV -different kinds: There are many kinds of HPV - human papilloma viruses- and some restrict themselves to the genital/ bottom area only. The viruses living in your skin elsewhere are caused by a different virus altogether so I would not expect spread. You might want to try occlusive therapy to get rid of the hand warts. See a dermatologist to get them frozen off if u can afford it. Hope that helps.
