Possibly: Plan B is most effective if taken within 72 hours of intercourse. There is some possible efficacy as far as 5 days out, but that is not guaranteed by the manufacturer. The timing of intercourse makes conception less likely, but it is still possible. A test would help determine pregnancy status.
